It’s pretty late in the season but worth a look.
3 sacks. 11 qb hits in 14 starts this year. Only 28 years old. Team captain. Weird time to cut a guy with basically 2 to 3 weeks left.

If Sebastian Joseph-Day is claimed off of waivers then that team will pick up the remainder of his prorated contract for this season, which is shown in the below image as per OTC.

Precipitous fall from grace.Was a very good run defender for LAR at one point. Cleaned up a lot of AD99 messes when he went berserker after the QB.
One of the two DL Hyphenates who were let go by LAR, John Franklin-Myers was the other. Probably should have kept both.
