I guess it depends on where you live though. If winters are brutal, most people love summer and want as much as possible. If winters are cupcake, it really doesn’t even matter
With that said summer is time for grilling, tarps off, hitting the beach and drinking some cold ones.

summer in Michigan is nearly over, we got part of June left, July, then August and we out. been a rather wet summer with more to come, storms, when it is nice out , we are busier than a cat trapped in a dog pound here. I need a river, lake or dam to fish, but when you get any moment’s rest, your already making plans to get busy (again). but once my NFL fooseball get’s here -I will be GLUED to the TV breathing a sigh of relief.

That was one wild night, will never forget every single car had a red wings car flag, cars honking, people in the streets… it was all in all peaceful pandemonium! Like just one big party for the state of Michigan. From what I remember anyway

Almost! The high today in Alpena will be 69°. Summer doesn’t begin until the 21st.
I do agree with the sentiment, though. It’s been a long off season.
Still, I’d like to enjoy the summer.
