On Sunday, Maher kicked two 60 yard FGs in a row (the first one after a late time out). It got me to wondering where this “young” K came from (much like Jack Fox who seemed to materialize out of nowhere). Come to find out that he’s 33 years old and just started playing in the NFL at 30 years old. Almost a football version of Roy Hobbs.
