The key for us will be not helping the Browns like Jordan Love did.
The Browns offense sucks. so we need to force them into long fields. Browns can’t win unless we turn the ball over. Myles Garrett needs constant double teams. don’t let him wreck the game.
Oh and our special teams need to be better
See! That’s what I was talking about.
This will be a tough game and really good gauge on the Lions OL progression
Browns giving up 204 TOTAL yards per game
In contrast Ravens giving up 415 yds/game
Browns have faced Bengals, Ravens, Packers. Giving up 45, 46, 81 yards running respectively.
Lions need to get the run game going early to keep the Browns pass rush in check
I believe the offense will be ready
I think the key will be using misdirection instead of just trying to run it right down their throats I don’t think that will work
I wouldn’t be surprised to see us run it at Garrett’s side, make him work to stop the run and wear him down a bit.
Complimentary football. Pressure Flacco, pick right up where we left off MNF.
Defense & ST sets us up big time
Like the Titans game last year.
Expect Goff to toss some tuddies
Don’t let Jeudy /Tillman beat us deep.
Double Myles Garrett every play.
They can drink and dunk all they want to those TEs
Fuckin’ wham blocks.
Schwartz sure as hell couldn’t figure those out when he was here.
#stillsalty
Quinshon MIGHT be good. Don’t sleep on our number one best thing we do: Stopping the run.
This will not be a close game
We’re gonna ■■■■their shit up
I hope you’re right. Going to watch it with a few Browns fans. But it’s the NFL, anything can happen. You could lose to the Panthers 30-0, or a 98% winning chance could get two kicks blocked.
This is a game where Bates can earn a game ball.
Will be impressive from the Lions if they can light Cleveland up. Schwartz has these guys playing very well and they are physical. I always enjoy watching Schwartz intensity on the sidelines.
Lions have the best O the Browns have faced to date.
Browns let up 41 on the road to Baltimore
Then we shall score 42. BTW, they scored 41 with only 242 yards of O, 80 less than the Browns had.
Let’s do 52 again
That 41 that Baltimore put up is very misleading. The Browns defense held them under 250 total yards for the game. If the Browns offense would have just taken a knee 3 times and punted each time they had the ball the game would have been much closer. The Browns defense is for real and your boy from UCLA has been playing some lights out at LB for a rookie.

Yards aren’t the end all be all if their average starting position was on the other side of the 50 as it appears to have been. Yes it makes the 41 misleading but should really just be removed from consideration imo.
Reminds me of the game vs the packers where turnovers and other bad plays led to us either getting points on defense or having a very short field.
The Ravens scored two touchdowns at least from inside the Browns 25 yard line… with that said yes I believe the Browns have a great defense just not sure yards from that game is a great example for their defense.
Imo the bengals games and last week against greenbay are much more impressive.
