Dans play calling remind me of jim Caldwell when Jim took over play calling when Stafford was struggling to help .Dans offense look like Jim Caldwell’s just because they both are not genius ,but both have leadership qualities . Dan masked us because of the play calling ability of Ben Johnson on last two years when we had offensive success

I believe they willmake an offensive coordinator change because I don’t think Dan wants to make those calls going forward. Hard to tell with the other coordinators because offensive line is not playing as well but I can’t imagine them getting rid of Hank Fraley

Yea he’s clearly going to add a new offensive coordinator for sure. Outside of that I don’t see any huge changes. He likes Fipp, Shep has been awesome overall….

Yeah except I’m not wrong. Mayhew had a good short run then the team regressed due to his arrogance . Same thing happening now with Holmes. The only difference between the 2 is that Mayhew had a worse situation and didn’t have a bounty of draft picks like Holmes.
