Quite possible to think that our picks on Day 1 & 2 may not be starters Week 1. Have we ever been able to think that way going into a season?! BH has done an incredible job building this roster to where he is actually drafting for the future and not an immediate fix.
Yup - & rooks will have more time to develop. Last year, we come on in mid season as rooks get acclimated…now…hahahahahah.

The biggest downside is that we are all going to have some of our favorite players released/cut/ traded every year
I expect Bradley to be good at getting something for them instead of just releasing them too. Teams will know our “scrap heap” is fantastic, & teams will want to come here to get some players that were picked & developed by our coaches
