Go to Mike’s Pastries in the north end. It’s amazing.
My wife went to Northeastern, we go back to Boston every so often. It’s a lot of fun.

Going to the Museum of Modern Art tomorrow to check out their Impressionist collection. Doing Japanese food tonight after hitting 2 bars and 3 yesterday. Walking everywhere so the North end is a little far. It’s been a lot of fun.

You could take the subway. Green or Orange line will get up there. $2.40 each way.
I could, my wife couldn’t. Just got back from the Museum of Fine Arts, easy walk from “The Verb” where I am staying. Nice selection of Impressionists besides Monet including Caillebotte, Pissaro and Gauguin. Some surrealists that I like…Joan Miro and Magritte esp. Just getting ready to walk to the Corner Tavern and then Bukowski’s and back to Cornwalls because that guy knows how to make a real drink. Getting the lay of the land, we will come back. Love “The Verb” hotel and the location and we get a direct flight from Des Moines.

Took the family on an East coast trip about 7 years ago and tied it to the Tigers playing at Fenway. We were right along the 3rd base line and surprisingly we won. Great experience.

OK walked 4 or 5 miles today, maybe more. Started at the Museum of Fine Arts, back to the Verb. Then to Corner Tavern, Steve runs the bar and we had a good time shooting the shit.
Then we went to “The Tam”, really a true dive bar, Marcy runs the show there…
Then on to Bukowski’s where Elizabeth was holding down the fort…
