One silver lining to that:
Bears beat the Packers, best they can do is 10 wins.

Mathematically
If they were to somehow win out, they would have a 50/50 chance at only the 7th seed and that could only happen with key loses to others teams…
Possible but not probable
Browns will curb stomp them Sunday. But I will be rooting for them to beat the packers in the last week.
soooo looking forward to this game.
also soooooo hoping they beat up on GB, but as my Bears fan says, they haven’t beaten GB since like 2009 or something ridiculous.
Disagree. Close game incoming.
DJ may not be wrong. I mean, probably not winning out, but they are talented, and playing well right now. Sweat was such a huge addition for them. The defense is legit, and Fields is scary if on. I do fear them more than GB or Minny
The Bears are improving and have the Panthers 1st rounder as well. Will be interesting how they proceed with the likely 1st overall pick.
Until they get a HC they are going to be held back. Definitely have the draft capital and cap room. Like Sweat but didn’t like giving up draft picks and then paying him like he’s Myles Garret, but would like him in Detroit haha.
He’s actually doing a good job with the defense. That’s his background.
He needs to hire a better OC though. Potentially they could draft the best QB in this draft and trade Fields. They should be picking 1st overall.
The Bears are the worst team in the division.
I mean they just beat the Vikes and Lions in back to back weeks.
Minny in their current state is the worst team in the division
That’s probably true, but the Bears are still the worst team at full health pretty easily. And it’s a good thing Minny is the worst because we need to beat them to not have another SOL season.
Not sure I agree. Maybe. But IMO the NFCN is bunched very close together. We’re all 8-11 win teams with a swing of a couple of games either way based off of how the ball bounces.
I’ll start to worry about the Bears when they find a real QB.
I think they have the worst coaches as a group in the division.
as players, its a solid team all around when healthy, with the Oline and Fields being the question mark offenseivly
I don’t think Flus is bad. Getsy is terrible though.
I’ve watched a few of his press conferences and I’m not impressed. Defense is definitely improving but they’ve also spent a lot money and draft picks to get better talent. There’s no way I’m giving him a #1 pick QB to groom. Don’t care for the GM either and the whole way he went about hiring Flus. Now they’ve got a new president and I was wondering if he was gonna. Low the whole thing up but they have been playing better.
Right them starting to win could be a blessing and a curse for Bears fans.
