There is complete tear of the distal aspect of the supraspinatus
tendon. Increased T2 signal in the mid and distal supraspinatus
tendon consistent with tendinopathy. Infraspinatus tendon
normal. Tear of the subscapularis tendon with dislocation of
the biceps tendon. Linear increased signal in the superior
aspect the labrum at the biceps tendon anchor suggests focal
tear. Labrum is otherwise normal. Mild osteophyte formation
humeral head. Subchondral cystic changes greater tuberosity.
Degenerative changes AC joint. Moderate effusion. No bony
contusions.
