DT is a much bigger hole than any other position on the defense. Are the Lions not paying 2 CBs top 20 money? Lions have nothing at DT. Danny Shelton on a one year deal is nothing. I am not a huge fan of taking a DT high… but Quinn is a need base drafter and DT is clearly the highest need and it’s not close.
An abundance of needs, which reflects poorly on Quinn given his time here. I was negative the day he was hired, but hopefully he can change my thinking today and tomorrow.
Good God NOOOOO! but this does look like a BQ move. he has cap money, so this really scares me. With a high pick in round 2 you can get a Thuney way cheaper and keep your #3 pick if you want a guard that bad.
