Carter rode his performance earlier in the season into that ranking. He should’ve been lower based upon how the second half went.
Other than that, hard to argue. Gibbs definitely deserved to be ahead of Bijan and Achane.

They need to switch carter with Turner from the rams. 9 sacks from a rookie defensive tackle is elite pass rushing.
Hell of a rookie class this past season.
