it looks like we’re gonna have a lot of later and primetime games this year. Does ESPN plus usually carry these? I’m thinking about paying for a bundle subscription that includes Hulu ESPN plus and Disney.
I don’t watch a whole Lotta TV other than sports and Netflix Amazon. Do y’all who have ESPN plus I think it’s worth it?
I’ve got YouTube TV, but in my market at least it doesn’t show the games that frequently.
I also really want to watch the ESPN E 60 Red Wings V avalanche documentary. I wanted to watch it when it came out and then I sort of forgot about it for a few years, I can’t find it anywhere on the net except for if I have an ESPN plus subscription
I don’t suppose anyone has this on a digital file?
ESPN+ doesn’t allow you to watch anything unless you sign in with a tv provider.
NFL+ is worth it for me especially since I’m rarely home to watch games on TV. You can stream all nationally broadcast games from your phone or tablet plus you get to watch condensed games within an hour or two within completion.
Honestly brother it is not worth it. I would go and double check the ESPN/AFFILIATES Lions games but it will only show ESPN games and if they are playing a 5:15 game on FOX it will not show it…but it would on NFL+…more on that in a second. But if you already don’t watch a lot of tv then HULU is redundant to your Netflix, amazon and YouTube TV subscriptions. The only thing that to me would make that package (and I did have it a few years ago for NHL center ice and the wings) was Disney+ for the kids and any Disney movies you might be interested in like star wars and a plethora of other stuff…but again…unless it’s specifically Disney centric (star wars etc.) you probably will find a lot of overlap with your other services. I found the package redundant. I would either get ESPN+ solo or as @LionsBlood said NFL+ is much more worth the cost. You can’t watch the games live UNLESS it is a nationally televised game…so in the case of your original post for ESPN it would actually work… you can listen to the Lions radio team live every game. I have had a subscription for it for the last 6 years running and i would say it is 100% worth it. You have access to a library of every single NFL game dating back I want to say 16-18 years. You can watch them as often as you want. The lions this year games become accessible like a few hours after the game is played live. I love it love love. Between YouTube TV and NFL+ you should be Gucci. I think it is like 99 for the year…completely worth it. Got it originally so that my dad could watch the lions games he remembered
(Lewey Body Dementia) and he would watch the old games on loop and it helped keep him calm…now isn’t that funny?
ESPN+ is good for random college football games, but for NFL, they only carry Monday night football (and I think a couple playoff games), as that’s the only NFL package that Disney/ESPN owns the rights to. Most Lions games will be on Fox, so you’ll need local TV channels or NFL Sunday Ticket to watch them. (Or you can just watch a pirate stream—I’m sure some of the degenerates here can share one with you!)
