Well, my timing was certainly off as it keeps falling, but there are some big names snatching up more shares as we speak.

I seen this on the news… what precipitated the fall?

Crypto feels like it’s in a bad spot. Although I’ve never traded crypto and have no clue what I’m talking about. Just kind of feels like Bitcoin is heading back to 40k or whatever.

Diamond Hands. LT hold. Or at least Medium term given my age/Mah Sweetie and retirement

I am so blessed and undeserving…

I have my VA and military retirement. I am getting 80% right now. I will get my first SS check 1 August….

Outside my current surgery recovery stuff, I am set for me financially and all praise goes to God. I’ve only done mutual funds for one period - and hit it well…

Good luck everyone that’s into this stuff!

I Triple my portfolio, medium risk package. Paid into it 10 and when I called to see where I was at - I was at 39,000. I cashed it all in on the spot… amazingly the stock market crashed only 7-10 days later?! Blessed

Love you guys

I’d buy HEAVY if it ever got that low again… Gold/silver surged last week, Bitcoin drops… Refineries aren’t accepting gold bc they’re cash poor right now, they told my metal guy they want to lock in a number when they smelt it instead of when they accept it. It’ll all work itself out, lots of things in flux right now… New fed chair incoming…

Some believe that Warsh’s appointment is one of the reasons why Bitcoin puked further. :man_shrugging:

There’s probably a price where I’d take a flyer on some but I tend to prefer assets in which I understand the underlying value.

You guys are talking Greek but I’m in pain killers and resting my stiches!

When I asked my bank about mutual funds and I got into that one time… he told three categories to look at low med and high… being a neophyte I picked meds… he had like a zillion different packages. I asked him to pick one and tell the different stock in it. As soon as I heard Harley Davidson… I’m was like yes!! I want tha package

Two year later I cashed out!

I bought at 26 and sold at 38… Needed cash to see the Lions beat the Rams in the playoffs :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: :joy:

Its just a down turn. Cyrpto goes through major corrections and down.

A lot of big wigs sold their shares when it was near peak in the end of last year. Just like 21/22

Or 2019-2020

Or 14-15

give it a few more months. Wait for a stable spot then buy the dip!

Yep.. there is definitely an up and down cycle..

But I told the bank there is no way I’m going get any better return on my input

Humility saved my ass

Bought a ton of micron when it was down 13%. Now AI suppliers are ripping in AH as google announced 91b Capex in q4 alone. I’m profoundly gobsmacked by that number.

It’s down what 10% today? I haven’t touched single stock in a while… I’ll probably dabble this year, so much volatility. Warsh’s appointment should at least bring SOME stability in the short term economic markets

See my semi-hinged rant about AI. It’s about CapEx partially, and not just theirs, but the knock on effect CapEx at utilities and their equipment makers (check how far backlogged getting a new transformer being built is…years), all the NewNuke Cap-Ex, Battery Storage (Tesla vertical), Solar /Space /Space Commo (SpaceX)

Data Center Security….drone defense…seriously.

Flood of infrastructure spending inside and outsidenof the data centers.

Yep. Lumentum is up 1,000% in eight months slinging photonics. Maybe I would have bought some if I had any clue what photonics were before it mooned.
