Extending Gibbs for WR2 money is a no brainer.
Would you rather have Jaylen Waddle or Jahmyr Gibbs?
Would you rather have DJ Moore or Jahmyr Gibbs?
Would you rather have Devonta Smith or Jahmyr Gibbs?
Would you rather have Calvin Ridley or Jahmyr Gibbs?
These four guys are on $23M to $28M per year. Gibbs is going to have more touches, more yards, more TDs, more big plays and more impact than all these guys. I’m more than happy for him to be paid in that kind of range.

I’d say extend him (now) Monty just left, so we cannot afford to lose Gibbs by making him wait another calendar year, IF we wait, you risk ticking him off and walking as well.

Kind of crazy isn’t it? The top of the RB market is out of whack (thankfully for us)
