Was this guy always a jerk? Like going back to his college days? I feel like his story is not going to end well. He might completely snap at some point, but I sincerely hope no one else pays the price for his behavior.
He got into it with Josh McDaniels the moment McDaniels s was hired (to be fair McDaniels want a great HC) and then seemed miserable in Chicago the whole time.
Then he tapped himself out of the NFC Championship game.

I had to refresh my memory, but I specifically remember Cutler on the stationary bike. Also, that was the year of the Megatron “complete the process” screw job. Fun times.
Crazy!! My 8th grade son Marshall plays middle school football for a school called Hillsboro and Jay Cutler (the same guy!) is an assistant coach on the football team. Jay has a 7th grade son who is also a QB. Jay’s son is not the starter.
Jay has been great with the kids. We are lucky to have him working with the kids. This whole situation is a bummer.

I remember the draft debate (not so much in the Den, but elsewhere), as to whether the Lions should invest in Cutler or take Ernie Sims.

I totally don’t remember any Ernie Sims talk but maybe I just blocked it out.
I remember nicknaming him the Concussion Kid and being irrate about us drafting him, so much so that i got kicked off the board.

Dang, I hope I will be so lucky to only get four days in jail if I’m drinking and driving, rear end another vehicle, try to bribe that person, try to flee the seen, have two guns in the car, and then lied to the cops that I haven’t been drinking. Yep, no one is above the law. Right.
