If Wisconsin beat Michigan State during the regular season and then they both make it to the B1G Championship game would Michigan State not be the Champ if they beat Wisconsin in that B1G Championship game?

No, the round robin play was each team plays each other team one time. The 2 teams with the most points after the round robin play go to the Championship game.

Since 2009 when Wings lost I have watched basically 1 hockey game (Wings game to end last season) and this one. Before 2009 watched so many games from 1995 to 2009.
