Just met Gary Hogenboom. He was Aikmans back up QB in the late 80’s-90’s.
I had the chance to chat a bit, he’s a super cool guy.
I had to ask, who was better Barry or Emitt. He was pretty coy with his answer, said both were great players and even better humans. Said he couldn’t give a definitve answer based on their different styles of play.
He is a Lions fan as well!
