Millen proved that 2 things can be right at the same time. YES he took over a crappy, aging roster that overachieved the prior year. And YES he sucked at being a GM. I remember in the early days there would be heated discussions about whether Millen sucked or whether the roster he took over sucked. It turns out everybody was right!
