GM interviewing questions you would ask?

So your Rod Wood and your interviewing potential GM’s what’s the first question you ask to determine if the GM is qualified or not?

Here is mine?

Would you consider drafting a TE with a top 10 pick?

If they answer yes then I’d thank them for their time and show them the door.

What question would you ask?

If you were GM what direction would you go at QB
in the short, medium and long term? Short term in particular but I’d also like to hear what traits they prize for the next QB whenever that is.

Would you be a fan of letting cameras into (and more transparent coverage of) your draft room bc after all it is your fan base’s super bowl?

Where do you see the most need for improvement with the current team?

What type of players would you like to fill these needs with?

What single player, that you can attain, would have the most immediate impact and how?

Explain to me why you hate yourself, and your family so much

That’s a good question

I’d pay to hear Harbaugh’s answer to that question

Do you prefer to win games, or lose them?
Will you wear pants or no pants, while getting drive-through?
In overtime, in the event of winning a coin toss, do you take the wind, or receive?
…how about in an indoor stadium?
In the event of an apparent first down, do you throw the red flag, or just let it slide?
If you are ahead by 2 by 2 TDs, how do you feel about run, run, pass?

What offenses do you have a zero tolerance policy against and do you have the spine to back it up?

If you are the only one in the room who sees something special in a prospect, who do you trust; your own instinct or the group of professionals you surrounded yourself with?

Do you have enough experience in enough schemes to scout linebackers for more than 1 type of defense?

Do you consider compensatory picks valuable or a novelty?
