We had people here who literally called him a late round pick and/or undraftable, they know who they are. It was probably the last real throwdowns I had with f##king morons on this board because the win doesn’t matter anymore. I hold my breath for my IOWA guys and am more of a wait and see until people who don’t know shit think they need to unload. Jack is a real leader and with him in the middle and our DT’s more experienced and healthy I look forward to this season, we are going to make opposing O’s 1 dimensional. Can’t wait to see them in INDY on Saturday.

I won’t lie I thought we overdrafted him, but holy shit was I wrong. I thought he was a solid 2nd rounder and we reached for him. But I clearly am a moron.
I also remember those clown threads after we drafted him, all those fools are very quiet these days. Funny how that works.
Actually I thought he was a 1st round reach but I also know they know what they were looking for and saw. The one thing I know about the IOWA guys is that coaching, culture and effort is there and that we are never going to win a national championship but we are going to put quality players into the NFL.

Good timing on this thread… we had about 30 turkeys walk through our neighborhood tonight.
I’m not sure how many typically hang together, but pretty weird since we live right in town in a crowded subdivision that is just off the busiest 5-lane road of Midland.
Then again, we have had a few deer in the next door neighbor’s yard as well… but I can’t imagine where these animals are calling home.
