Good teams don’t have closed windows. They just keep drafting the best talent they can. They may take a few years to make a Super Bowl run, but they get there. That’s what I see Brad doing, but it is completely foreign to Lions fans. The second something looks bad fans see 0-16 all over again. It’s called PTSD

Absolutely. I can’t wait till we have our division-winning season this year and playoff run so everyone can step back from the ledge.

In fairness, not everyone’s on the ledge. I’d say only a handful are there, w/a much larger group feeling somewhat anxious.
Those on the ledge do demand - and get - a LOT of attention, though.

I think it’s very possible even probable that the Lions win the division by default next year.
I don’t think Green Bay won a game Micah Parsons didn’t finish and who knows what he’ll be next year or when he plays.
The Bears need an elite offensive line and we know 1st hand how a Ben Johnson styled offense looks with a mediocre center.
But I want more than the division at this point

Also I don’t see how guys over 30 years old that we signed much later in the offseason to get here in the 1st place means this is now a less desirable destination because they left.
I can’t follow that logic at all

What??? That makes absolutely no logical sense. These are grown men. If they don’t wanna be here (Decker/Montgomery), then they just don’t wanna be here.

So did I…but he’s a role player. Thats really all we have lost, role players. No impact players. We really haven’t lost much aside from the questionable stars with lingering injury concerns.
