20+ mill per season becoming pretty common place for talented DT’s.
I think Quinnen might get near 25m if he repeats his 2023 production.
DTs? Have you seen the price of eggs and gas? Inflation is a real thing
I think that’s part of what’s driving up the cost of quality DTs. Feeding them and lugging them around in the big gas guzzlers because they can’t fit inside fuel efficient vehicles.
A three pack of organic ground beef at Costco went from 19.99 to 24.99.
Cost of food is crazy, I’ve resorted to just shooting birds in my backyard.
What are y’all gonna say when Martin gets a higher PFF this season?
Than Lawrence?
If Brodric is the nose tackle version of James Houston then I don’t know what I’ll do. My Brad admiration tank is already full.
22m is like 8% of cap…
You pay a QB, a LT and a DT and you are through 1/3 of your cap.
Anyone else feel bad for D Lawrence getting that unfortunate injury or just me?
Don’t forget the WR’s, who are really getting paid these days. St. Brown is going to cost us a lot of $$$
Jalen Carter 4/21.8 fully guaranteed
The interesting part of the WR position is that only half of the league values them at a premium level. The other half thinks of them like RBs…there are plenty of fish in the sea. When I say “half” don’t take it literally. But the concept is interesting to watch unfold.

Costco Bison is the go to over the org beef.
22m is like 8% of cap…
You pay a QB, a LT and a DT and you are through 1/3 of your cap.
Then you see where WR numbers are going…along with those three positions.
Great minds think alike, lol.
Or gutter minds think alike.
Haha! Reminds me of the time my boss tried to give Megatron a Pontiac G6 for a loaner.
That didn’t work.
