How would you like to lose your million dollar job because your kid prank called Sanders during the draft based on info you left out in your house

Worth it. This dude is a legend and has a lifetime story to tell. It will be a YouTube classic for his entire life. Kudos young man. Hopefully your dad had a number of years to earn.

Edit: also it was funny.

Maybe don’t post the Youtube video. The prank was enough itself. Vanity, one of the 7 deadly sins. Should have watched Se7en and they would know that.

And use a burner phone. Saul Goodman style.

Even the thought of Jeff Ulbrich losing his job because of choices his 21 year old kid made is IMO exactly what’s wrong with society in 2025.

Unaffiliated heads don’t need to roll every time somebody does something the masses don’t agree with. Like this.

“Well, the kid wouldn’t have had the number if his dad didn’t leave it out!!”

Yeah and if the kid made a good choice, he wouldn’t have recorded the number to call later.

Just my opinion.

Lol. Kid can’t even spell Shedeurs name right in apology. What a loser.

Lol. Ulbrich should 100% lose his job. It is his fault for leaving confidential information accessible and that’s why he should be fired.

“Confidential information??”

What is he, a CIA agent?!?!

How is he supposed to know his kid was going to do what he did? (Which was not even illegal by the way!!!)

People in general are way too sensitive these days.

If that happened to me when I was younger, my friends would have thrown me a ‘you sucker’ party, got me drunk, and wrote vacancy on my forhead in permanent marker.

I would also have thought it was funny.

Is it really that hard to put a password on a device? Is it really that hard not to leave documents laying around?

Ulbrich is a clown and so is his son.

Everytime something goes viral, it’s always someone’s fault. Someone else will always be unhappy until “justice is served!”

I wish I could’ve lived in a time without social media. It seems like it was pretty great.

Lol. It’s so funny to hear people talk like this. I’m sure if you worked your entire life for something and had some loser clown punking you during your lowest moment for the world to see you would just laugh it off.

What a joke.

Is it really that hard for you to just not care that much? Why does this have any affect on your actual live whatsoever?

Who freaking cares what the kid did? Much less what his dad didn’t do?

Why is it the problem of a bunch of random people on the internet to see “justice served” by forcing someone, who didn’t do anything to directly cause any sort of crisis, fired?

Smart people actually don’t care that much what “loser clowns” think of them.

I don’t care at all. If I were running the team Ulbrich would be fired. Can’t trust someone that careless in a position like that. It’s a discussion board.

I would bet you are under the age of 25. Sometimes pranks just aren’t that funny.

The more responsibility you have the more accountability you have

Ulbrich makes $2M/year, he doesn’t work at a gas station. This was his son but it could have been anyone who came across this.

I don’t know what the outcome should be but I do know that Ulbrich should be held entirely accountable and face whatever consequences might come

No social media? I remember those days. But then we got real…

This. Screen inactivity lock. PIN. Simplest of simple measures.

I dont think he should be fired. I do think he deserves a ration of shit and a fine. The kid deserves 2 weekends picking up trash on the highway and a month serving dinners at the shelter.
