Would you trade a 2027 first rounder for Miami’s number 30 (via Denver) this year?

Teams often trade a round ahead for future picks, but this is a unique circumstance where:

  1. The 2027 draft is far deeper.
  2. There is a chance we would finish worse than 30, moving their value way up.

I love constructing of trade possibilities, I would not trade away 2027 1st though.

If we go defense and we need an OT still,

Most i would give up is a 4th and next years 2nd.

That should get us to the top of round 2 like Rams trade for Fiske DT couple years ago

No way. But I’d trade down to 30 unless one of like 6 players is available. Players who IMO are all likely to be taken.
