Looks a little like a Kentucky alternate. I think I’m just jaded from the prior black uniform experiences though. I do love this helmet

They’re better than the grays, but I say leave the black for teams who have black as one of their main colors, like the Steelers, Saints and Raiders.

I think there is a rule that alternate helmets - if they’re not part of a full-on alternate uniform - can only be worn with color rush jerseys.
Let’s also not forget that this is the jersey the Colts wore this year with their alternate helmets, which is basically the reverse of the OP and didn’t look all that great live:
