These just showed up today. I didn’t think I’d ever own a pair of Crocs, but they are comfortable.
I know sandals and socks are taboo. Socks are necessary in these, right?

10 year daily croc wearer (same pair). Incredible value and performance. You can wear without socks but only if it’s a few hours, otherwise you may develop some athletes foot. To clean them I just soak in a bucket of dish detergent for a few hours. Not sure about the fleece lined. I would keep those indoors or away from dirt. Standard crocs I would recommend to everyone. Yard work, pool/beach, lounge around the house, canoeing. All purpose footwear.

Not in Eugene. Get yourself a Subaru with a Coexist sticker to go with tube socks under sandals (Berks are preferable) and you’ll fit right in. That’s probably why I don’t fit in here. Or anywhere for that matter.

I think I prefer not fitting in. Always been that way. Though I do pretend to fit at times for personal or professional benefit. I suppose that’s what we all do though.
Most on here were extreme lions fans when they were losing for decades. How could we possibly fit in anywhere?

Congratulations. You have lived long enough to see the fashion trend of sandals and socks become cool again. The current crop of teenagers hate wearing sandals (or slides as they prefer to call them) without socks. Every time I do it I am called ‘cringe’ for showing off my gross feet.
