As @Weaselpuppy has pointed out on multiple occasions, Turner makes a ton of sense. The problem is that rim protecting stretch 5s make a ton of sense to everyone and there are like 10 of them on the planet. So I assume heās getting maxed out by somebody and if he was any other profile heās not a good enough player to get maxed out.
Fox dunks like Dominique Wilkins (but because he is considerably shorter and light years more handsome, he looks better doing itā¦what she said)
Foxy shoots like Curry
Passes like Zeke, and defends like Rodman.
Guy could fill a trophy case with accolades every year.
I basically saw the Knicks series but I got an idea of the team sans Isaiah Stewart. I would be inclined toward keepng the gang together. they are obviously young and if they grow right they are on their way up. So I would keep as much as I could of the core and add pieces. Wait for a Rasheed type trade to put them over the top. I thought they outplayed the Knicks much of that series, despite losing, and the Knicks were a stones throw away from the Finals.
I would trade Tobias, Holland, and 2 firsts for JJJ and John Konchar - contingent on JJJ signing a new deal with us. There might not be a more perfect fit in the league next to Duren than JJJ. JJJās main weakness is rebounding which is Durenās strength and JJJ covers Durenās weakness as an interior defender. Perfection.
I would also try to do an Edey/Stew swap with them including some seconds since one of our weaknesses is size at C. I doubt they would go for it tho. Edeyās per 36 is 15.5 pts, 14 reb, 1stl, and 2.2 blk with great advanced offensive stats. Would be a great backup to Duren to match up against big teams. So we would include 2 firsts and 2 seconds to this trade. Konchar is a very efficient player on both ends and would be a great vet behind Ausar at the 3.
