I just think Harris, similar to Holmes perhaps, is particular to what he is willing and not willing to spend on. The analytics on how players age and position impact their performance probably play a bigger part for Harris than it did for DD or Avila. Add in that Harris and DD view prospects very differently, to this point anyways.
