@Martymcfly2017 , I canā€™t swear that your wife will be fine, but what I can tell you is that cancer proceedures and medicine has come a LONG way , since I had it. you and she, have to put your faith in the Doctors and the medicine. What your wife doesnā€™t need -is you acting crazy, drinking, taking stuff to ease your pain. you got to be there, BE strong and present and clear-headed, you CANNOT help her by being intoxicated, Iā€™ll never know why bad chit happens to good people, never understand that. yet you have to be clean, healthy, strong, and ready to help HER as much as you possibly can-because then if something happens, at least you know that you did everything you could (you can live with that as a man.) But you canā€™t harm yourself or blame you Bud. you canā€™t go be by your wifeā€™s side , when your drunk, or coming off somethingā€”and your no good if you get behind a wheel and get killed or worse kill someone -else. Number one reason I donā€™t drink and tamper with drugs-plus I enjoy my freedom. and this isnā€™t about me -not at all, but I nearly died three times in my life, and Iā€™m 52 and clean , I just do nerdy, simple stuff that I enjoy in this world. You got this, you do. but you have to do things the right wayā€¦.because they wonā€™t let you be by her if your a mess. even if you end up poor -if your wife lives, you win buddy. you didnā€™t cause these things to happen to her, but wise up dog , be there for her, and with a clean mind. :smiling_face_with_tear:
