with the Bucs adding Gronk:

The #Redskins and #Buccaneers nearly reached a blockbuster deal two months ago. Trading former 1st round pick TE O.J. Howard for All-Pro LT Trent Williams but talks fell through, via @JennaLaineESPN

According to @MarkBullockNFL, the #Redskins still have interest in Howard.

The Bucs have the 14th pick, they should keep Howard and just take the best OT they can get at that pick. Gronk and Howard would be a good combo!

Source: Regarding LT Trent Williams: There’s “an opportunity to have something done shortly.” I’m told there’s been “some really good constructive conversations” and there is “hope to get it done soon.” My understanding is, it’s a positive situation & the process is ongoing.

Josina is plugged in to the skins FO. She is reporting a team has made a significant offer for 2OA as well. Maybe an uber blockbuster that includes the Silverback.

Rumor is that it was ATL trying to move up to get Young but the Skins turned down the trade offer.
