I admire his talent and ability, always been in awe of his accuracy, especially while on the move. Through the non football interviews I’ve heard with him, I actually really like him as a dude… I definitely think I’d enjoy having a beer with him. He’s cut from a different cloth and I don’t think people necessarily know how to understand him, bc he comes off as an asshole (I can relate).

Would you just stop confusing things with these takes? I do not want to like Rogers. I do not want to have a beer with him. I understand this pov and expected this blowback here. And said it anyway.

I believe in the scientific method, as fallible as humans are. Including scientists.

But you telling me not to go down this road makes me wonder what road you’re on. It’s one thing to question experts, and that is a good thing. It’s quite another thing to stop trusting scientific experts wholesale, which is what we’re starting to do these days.

You’ll trust aviation experts and get on a plane without a second thought. But you won’t trust medical experts in the scientific community to get it right. More lives have been saved by vaccination than any other medical intervention.
