Dan Marino should be kicked out of the HOF because not only did he not win a SB but he lost the SB game in his sophomore year and never made it back

Who wasnt that big? Coach Ditka. Was in an elevator with him at the Neiman Marcus parking garage on Mag Mile. Nowhere as big as I thought.

I lived in S Fl while Marino was playing, one of the best QBās of all time hands down.
He absolutely isā¦he is definitely top 5 if not higher than that. Marino was THAT DUDE

I believe Goff has a path to the HOF, more work to be done to get there. He has a shot.
For all we know, he brings Detroit back from the dead, gets traded to another team, wins a SB, and punches his HOF ticket.

The QB position is such a tough discussion because it is hard to separate the winning and the stats. Do the stats mean anything if you have not won anything?
Every other position is basically stat based or All Pro based. But the QB position has an increased level of difficulty.
That is pretty wild. Especially considering Lamar threw for 4000 yards and 40 tds last year. Cmac does have a ton of receiving yards as well.
Cmacās big issue has been injuries.
2020 - 13 games missed
2021 - 10 games missed
Stayed mostly healthy in 2022 and 2023
2025 - 13 games missed
Considering heās entering year 9ā¦ more injuries likely.

His biggest hurdle isnāt numbers or rings. Itās continuing to fight the narrative the media has built against him. Donāt get me wrong, he absolutely needs to win a Super Bowl. Or at least make it to another one. But itās the media perception thatās the key to his case for the hall.

Agreedā¦ And this is coming from a huge Goff supporterā¦ But he also needs to play better in the playoffs. The media narrative will change if heās outstanding in the playoffs. But his playoff numbers are very mediocre.

Goff is EASILY on path for HOF.
The only thing that could stop him, is if we keep getting eliminated from the playoffs because of multiple pics in a game
I donāt think that will continue to be the caseā¦ But he needs to improve in that area
Playoff defenses are tougher than regular seasonā¦ Our offensive line will slaughter most teams in the regular season the way Brad

Goff has improved every year since weāve had them, and I have no reason to believe that wonāt be the case this year

I know my standards are low but I feel like anyone on the Lions or Browns when they finally win a Super bowl the whole team should just be put into the Hall of Fame. Just based of History of our franchises during the Super bowl era.

I think he could make an mvp run this season. Key is avoiding that meltdown game with 4 picks. Usually those have been a result of weird luck and weird play calling. Hopefully we donāt see any this season

Wolf is referring to Goffās 2003 Super Bowl win playing Madden football on his nintendo 64. Goff was barely 9 years old at the time but his thumbs were up to the challenge that day! He celebrated with a large glass of ice cold tang.
