I’ve got an employee that has been raging on this for a couple days now. He had the Cowboys kicker and was down 1.5 points. Dallas decided to take a knee 4 times on the Raiders 6 yard line up 33-16. The over was 49.5.
I’m starting to think there is something going on with all of this. It is becoming more than coincidental.
Fishy stuff happening in almost all major sports. One gambling scandal after another the past few seasons. And all the leagues are in bed and sponsored by gambling companies. Geez what could possibly go wrong.
I like putting money on some games as much as anyone, hopefully they put an end to it because between the officiating and the gambling, it is ruining the game.
When you begin gambling and watching the lines it gets more and more questionable how legitimate professional sports are.

Using that game as an example of cheating is dumb. That would have required every player and coach on both teams to be in on it. And if you have that many people involved it would have leaked out. I mean Las Vegas didn’t want to win, I suppose. I think this is just an example of a scorned bettor who bet the over and frustrated themselves while watching nobody score for almost an entire quarter because they thought they had the win in the bag.
It feels like they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore. Didn’t they change the classification of the NFL to an entertainment company like the WWE? That way even if the games are rigged it falls under the same scripted act that allows to WWE to have fake matches and events. Because it’s all just “entertainment “. That’s my tin foil hat opinion for the day.
the NFL as a body rigged? Probably not because that would destroy it and a TON of lives.
but a bunch of individuals? Oh sure.
Betting on Raiders v Cowboys is high-level degeneracy
Betting makes no sense to me (anymore) as we need to get our highs from a better source…
People are ill hearted to begin with and hence will partake in I’ll hearted activities

Rigged in the sense that they use officiating to control and influence the ebbs and flows of the game. One flag at a critical moment changes everything. The best example of that was the Steelers winning the Super Bowl against the Seahawks. Every single time Seattle made a big play they suddenly got some highly questionable call.
Agreed who the heck would even do that …
Guess we know who bet the over.
