Jack Campbell PFF ranked #84

That guy is driven and focused like few others. He should continue to grow in coming seasons.

Didn’t we decide he was a bust last year?

Jack is very solid… But I need and want more game changing plays.

Currently reminds me of my username.

Run stuffer. Leader. Zero pass rush and in coverage… Tries hard.

I’m not buying it, PFF doesn’t know what they’re talking about…

There may not be a player more about football on this roster than Jack Campbell. I absolutely love this kid and think we will have one of the best LBers in the league for a long time.

It’s crazy to think how young some of this talent is. Guys like Arnold, Campbell, Branch, LaPorta, Jamo, Gibbs, Hutch, etc., are still getting better.

Some of our aging vets like Alim and Sewell are the same age as some of these guys coming out in the draft this year.

Preface: I love Analzone and hope he’s around another year.
But I’d be perfectly comfortable rolling with Campbell and Rodrigo as our top 2 LB’s going forward. Would still need depth of course. But IF we were to moneyball one position, #46 and #44 as the frontline is great by me.
Assuming Rodrigo can go game 1. Can’t remember his timetable.

Jack is going to continue to get better. Mina Kimes was a big time hater so maybe she can STFU now. Campbells forced fumble on DK Metcalf was one of my favorite plays of the year.

Boy you sure undervalue Alex, man when he went out defense took a big dip, and when he came back it was huge difference , especially in the LBer coverage.
They love Alex he isn’t going anywhere.

Alex is a stud. That opening series against the Rams he let everyone know the defense was legit……until all the injuries anyways.

Alex is great and i love him too (also just love how he became one of the most hated players to loved on this board after 2023)

But i do think we should get a succesor for him this upcoming draft

Also, Rodrigo is likely on the PUP to start the year, so yes, we need depth on this LBer core 100 percent this offseason

Both still 24 years old, turn 25 this year. But to have 4 years of nfl starting experience before age 25 is impressive. Plus already got big fat 2nd contracts. Alim and Sewell are the same age as Jack Campbell for example. Jack has 2 years less nfl experience.

St. Brown is still 25 too.

We gotta have the best roster in the nfl 25 years old and under!

The game slowed down and now he’s seeing everything. He won the academic Heisman award for a reason.

I wonder if Aron Glenn will try to make a trade for Anzalone. That will allow Jack to take his spot.

We were terrible when Anzalone was out. That guy is one of the most important guys on the field IMO.

I would be surprised if the Lions have any interest in trading AA

Never said I want to trade him. Hell, I want him back. He’s an animal.
I’m very comfortable with the immediate future of the position. And IF IF IF there’s a surprise cut, or weird cap move, NOT THAT ANALZONE IS PAID TO MUCH, but teams always make a few nickel and dime moves, I’d be comfortable with where we would be. Hard to say that about to many other positions.

They play different positions. Both will be starting again next year.
