Plus tell him to throw the Lions a bone or two once every century at least
This is not unlike Den members drawing from my endless motherlodes of original Lions insights and recycling them in thinly disguised, plagarized form to gain stature. And, yes, I have a messianic complex. Thanks for asking…

He treats the Detroit Lions like Job.
I’ll probably be on my knees worshiping!
But if I remember, I will!
Then - that’s awesome as in the end Job gets double what he lost!!
I have a seven part series on the Biblical Flood and the science they are applying makes a very very sound basis for it……
Too much detail to go into here
This thread is amazing, I’m sorry I just found it. Fascinating stuff from all of you from space to religion and everything else… thank you! Got me going down rabbit holes now…
Epic of Gilgamesh
Wasn’t that the stone tablets that were supposed to help Gilligan and the castaways get off of the island?

I haven’t downloaded this app but the contrast of images is really amazing. Hubble takes some amazing shots but the clarity and distinction of Webb is like that brand new 3D HD plasma tv going for $17 grand (I just made that up but I did see a very nice 90 inch tv once that was I think $19 grand… I digress)
On topic here…
You try transcribing with holes in your palms dude! Owie!
Way too late…
Correct, the Epic of Gilgamesh and others.

I think even most biblical scholars would disagree with your timelines.
The aforementioned gospels included events that didn’t happen until over 30 years after the supposed resurrection. This means the earliest they could have been written was closer to 70 CE.
The next question you have to ask yourself, if the gospels did actually exist as early as 70 CE (or earlier as you claim), why weren’t they mentioned by anyone else until decades later ??
It’s highly unlikely the gospels were written by Matthew, Mark, Luke & John. It’s far more likely the stories circulated for decades and someone finally decided to write them down a century or so after the events themselves were supposed to have taken place.
That doesn’t prove whether or not the events happened though. It could still all be true and just circulated by word of mouth for a century and then a scribe (or many scribes) were told to create a written record of the stories.
Also, there were many versions of the gospels. While they were similar, they also differed in many instances. A decision was made on which version was “the best” and the others were tossed. They also decided to toss other complete gospels as they didn’t jive with story that was being presented. So, you had a group of men deciding which were the best versions and which should be tossed out completely.
Interesting facts about Luke. Why did Luke write his Gospel? - DoorToEden
Dec 13, 2021 Luke wrote His gospel because he wanted to lead Theophilus a lost and pagan man to the real faith. To prove the life of Jesus Christ being told by God. Who sent him the Holy Spirit to guide Luke . Everything we know about the Savior’s beloved doctor and evangelist apostle we know from the New Testament.
Also interesting to note you have to go back this far in history for a time when the Lions were usually favorites to win
Mark my words:
At the end of the 2022 season, King James is going to amend the Bible to include the Gospel according to Daniel Allen Campbell. There will be a passage about the Philistines without kneecaps perishing in the desert.
But as always, I could be wrong…
