How did dodgeball ever become a part of this.
My last game of dodgeball was 42 years ago when I was a senior in high school. I remember I caught someone’s elbow and got a bloody nose. Entire shirt was soaked with blood. Once I got the drip stopped, I peeled off my shirt and played the rest of the hour, knowing it was most likely the last time I was ever going to play. For my freshman & sophomore years they had coed gym class. So we would play dodgeball with girls involved. It was a pretty ugly affair. They would just huddle in big packs, waiting for the ball to pick one of them off. Then the school outlawed dodgeball for my junior year and luckily reinstated it in my senior year. What a blast that was to play.
If you can figure out a way to make the Pro Bowl they’ll let you play it again.
