I don’t blame them.
Keyshawn Johnson was going to be their savior.
Then Vernon Ghoston.
Then Brett Favre.
Then Geno Smith.
Then Christian Hackenberg (didn’t even play a down!)
Then Sam Darnold.
Then Zach Wilson.
Then Aaron Rodgers.
Failure after failure after failure.
Oh boy could we put a list together for who was gonna be the Lions savior…
I don’t blame Jets fans for being jaded. I’m just glad it’s someone else, and not us for a change.
Every other time that I remember the Lions losing coordinators was because the HC got fired…this is new territory for me.

Interesting. So we lose a good minority coordinator but then agree to send the compensation pick two years from now to the team that hired him if they agree to fire him right away so that we can resign him and keep one extra third.
Goodell will love it.
