JJ Watt retiring end of season

Good for JJ. Great career. Get out before you get CTE.

His body got wrecked in the late 2010’s

Easily couldve dominated the entire damn decade (Still did, but injuries robbed him a bit)

one of the best players of the 2010’s easy first ballot

but most of all, from everything ive seen, an amazing person, i hope he stays healthy, i know he has heart issues, so i hope it isnt too serious

Watt in his prime from ages 23-26 before all the injuries, was one of the best 4 years runs in nfl history. In those 4 seasons, Watt played all 64 games, had 69 sacks, 15 forced fumbles, and 41 passes defended. He won 2 Defensive player of the year awards, probably could have won the award 4 straight years. Then all the injuries hit in 2016. He will still go down as one of the best ever, but he was making Bruce Smith pretty nervous about his all time sack record before the injuries.
