I in general do not trust anyone who is too nice. It is likely due to an upbringing in the 70s and 80s. But dang these guys kill me.
This is hilarious. The fact that other GMs know it’s him and still answer the phone because they have to is golden.

Letting people be themselves is one of the most reliable and cost effective means to getting the most out of your people. You have to have some guard rails though.
