Jordan Love = rough

It’s looking more and more like the Hall of Fame quarterback roll that Green Bay was on has been broken. Love was pretty bad last night. His mechanics are pretty rough and boy does he like to give away the ball at the worst times.

Not sure why there’s not a thumbnail with some of my TikTok posts recently. Just have to click the link.

At one point in the first half, his QB rating was 9.2.

He keeps having these types of games and I have to keep hearing how he is this force.

Literally someone ranked Goff at one point this season or off season 3rd or 4th best QB in the North.

I have said this before. But I need the Lions to win the Super Bowl and Goff to win the MVP just so my man Goff can get some of his respect.

I truly want it more for him than to end my own misery from the decades of losing.

What I saw against the Eagles yesterday is my second favorite kind of rough love.

Dallas Goedert is to the Packers what the Eagles, Lions, and Vikings were all season:

I think love is a good QB, but he needs all kind of help ,he need a strong offense and good defense like Stafford to succeed.

He got stiff armed 3 times on the same play. He looked like a little kid trying to get a toy that his big brother is holding just out of his reach.

That’s exactly why DB’s can’t tackle TE’s high. Now everyone is clamoring to make it illegal to tackle them low. If you do that, might as well give them a free pass to the end zone.

His mechanics have regressed. Throwing off his back foot all the time. Love it:)

When I saw that, that was my first reaction.

Stop using logical thought. Joseph is dirty, Campbell coaches them to play dirty, he comes from the Payton tree and Bounty Gate. /S

Yah, sorry, I should read things on Reddit more often.

As bad as GB played Eagles still had a hard time with them, I was alot less worried about the Eagles match up after the GB game.

Jordan Love is bad. As already said on this board, the national media anointed him as the heir apparent to the Favre and Rogers legacy, because it feeds a lazy narrative that Green Bay will always be good. Love didn’t do anything to earn it. I was watching Grossi’s chat last night, and even Packer fans are starting to question Love and ask if they made a mistake paying him. Yes, they absolutely did. Love got paid a huge contract for playing well to close the 2023 season, and beating Dallas in the playoffs. People hoped it was just love adjusting to being a full time starter, but he promptly started this year just as poorly. He was tied or leading the NFL in picks for a good while. Then he started to show improvements, and Packer fans started their Toyotathon BS again, only for Love to start his collapse even earlier than last year.

Green Bay’s issues go past Love though. I remember before the year started, Matt Lafluer was said to be the top coach in the division. I think you can look at the standings and that will tell you the order of coaching in the North. Campbell and KOC are well ahead. Lafluer’s a distant third, and only reason he isn’t in last is because Chicago exists. If Chicago gets a quality coach, they could leap the Packers more easily than some may think. I think Lafleur is a hothead, and his team’s constant stupid penalties is a relection of their leader.

Remember when Stafford was young and he’d come out throwing things high and missing? Toss off Blackfoot?

That’s like Jordan Love 75% of the time except he isn’t as talented as Matt. He has shown flashes from time to time but he is so wildly inconsistent with his mechanics and play.

I LOVE they they signed him to a bigger deal. I felt like they rushed into it and now here we are.

Goff and Brady talked about how every qbs mechanics regress as the season goes on. Every off season they have to be rebuilt. Wonder if experienced Goff has a way to keep them sharper through the season, especially with this playoff bye.

Darnold has been throwing off his back foot too

It’s actually 14INTs. One was called back due to penalty.

Jordan Love is basically Seahawks Geno Smith. Which makes him dangerous but incredibly streaky.
