How many court dates can there be in Wisconsin? Lots of cow theft going on? 
They have separate diversion courts for cow tipping, drunk driving and mistaking cows for prostitutes. It is assumed that #s 1 and 3 involve being drunk as well.

Well it almost seemed like you knew those judges personally. One time when I was in jail it was after a Jimmy Buffet concert at Alpine Valley. MANY years ago, so no MapQuest and they took us out a different way than what we came in, blah, blah, blah, I stopped on the side of the road to read a map when Dudley Doright showed up. Had I taken the keys out of the ignition, well, different charge but still trouble. Anyway, I called the court when I got home and asked how to go about pleading guilty. The woman clerk told me that I didn’t want to do that and put me on touch with an attorney who didn’t do anything for me except take my money. Eh, great memories.

Saw the Monster’s of Rock at Alpine Valley back in the day. Ran the gauntlet to the hotel back in Milwaukee and found out our whole crew (3 rooms) had been kicked out, because one room decided to fill the bathtub with Old Milwaukee Light, and the entire output of the hotel ice machine , and there may or may not have been a 2L bottle made into a bong.
They had a boot on the door, the mgr opened it and told us to get our stuff and leave. It was about Midnight, and we were like…screw it, we’re driving home to the UP. We made it to Sheboygan and got a room.

We used to drive to East Dubuque that in those days was 2nd to only Munich in beer consumption per capita. Bars closed at 3:30 am, we checked in the Hotel Julian on the Iowa side at 4am with a cooler and no luggage and were kicked out by 5:30am with little fanfare. Talk about no sense of humor. Made our way home with no further incidents to report.
We saw Boston play in Alpine Valley and it was easily the worst concert I’ve been to from a musical standpoint and probably the most disappointing. I don’t know if they didn’t do a sound check or they weren’t used to playing outdoor venues( which was probably the answer because they were a studio band really), but they sounded like hot garbage all night. Instruments, singer everybody. Singer was flat as hell all night instruments sounded Out Of Tune the sound mix was horrible and to make it worse for everyone else I complained about it from the jump all night fairly loudly. Plus that’s where Stevie Ray Vaughan died so screw Alpine Valley, s*** hole

Well Jimmy liked playing there and I saw him twice, once with Clint Black. The Parrot Head parties in the parking lot were legendary, unreal tail gating. But yes the venue was something of a shit hole, women were squatting outside and guys were pissing just about anywhere because they lacked bathrooms for that head count. Never had a problem with the music though, they were great shows.

CHEESUS Christ, had no idea. I fished out of Kewaunee for years, straight east of GB. The biggest crime there was a German parking in the “Polish Only” spot.

Depending on the state, most first time offenders for misdemeanor domestic battery charges are typically offered a diversionary program where they are on probation for a year, after which the record is expunged.
Note: misdemeanor domestic battery means the victim claims they had hands laid on them, but there is no visual evidence of said contact (bruises, contusions, etc.).
He’ll probably get a 2-4 game suspension
