Josh Reynolds contract details

He does puts it together an when staled from what Holmes wants he likely works an new way. Still comes down to Holmes. I think this staff works together more than any we have seen in past.

More levels of competence than weā€™re used too.

I really like that there are team incentives, including SB. Laugh now all you want, but this is how Brad and Dan roll.

The epitome of NLTBE.

It would make sense for every contract to have team incentives to some extent since it is a team game.

Easy to say, tricky to implement

I think itā€™s even tougher in Reynolds position as we really donā€™t know, nor does he. just how many guys might be in front of him. Honestly, because I like this draft and because Iā€™m not really high on the FA WRā€™s considering the money they will command, Iā€™m leaning towards not signing a WR in free agency and using it on our D where it can be spread out to several upgrades. If we go WR early and late we can field a very competitive group this year.

Not sure what the best approach is
I think the Lions should go for a FA if they identify a ā€œMarvin Jonesā€ or ā€œTateā€ guy that doesnā€™t command top dollar but fits what they want to do ā€” not sure who that might be

I think foregoing any FA WRs acquisitions is very much a possibility at this point but I wouldnā€™t put money on any result.
