I have never believed that money and possessions were the value of a human being.
But, a human being of value can achieve whatever they want to through love, passion, and elbow grease.
I think this is more of a McVey problem. If he sees the young guys aren’t engaging and team chemistry is an issue it’s his job as head coach to remedy this.
Ideally with more carrot than stick. Bring the team out for laser tag and a bbq. Have a dance off. Whatever but it’s not Staffords job to set the mood and tenor
We have as many young players on our team and team bonding isn’t an issue with these Lions. One of the best thing about watching this team, besides the fact they actually might be a winning organization, is they are a fun group and all seem to like eachother
McVay’s main issue is he can’t see eye to eye with his players because he’s so tiny. He yells a lot to compensate.
Little Man Syndrome is a very serious health condition. It impacts both physical and mental health. But people suffering from LMS sure are comfortable on air planes, so they got that going for them.
