What possible purpose would shutting down our best reciever serve while we’re in the fight for a playoff spot and he has a low ankle sprain? Seriously, these aren’t 16 year old kids. They’re professional athletes being paid millions of dollars to play if at all possible.
What do you think would happen? He’d resprain his ankle and miss 2026?

Actually moving pretty good considering the knee brace. Those things are big time annoying to run with.

I just spoke to Jon and he gave me the inside scoop on St Brown.
They are considering shutting him down for the year. A sprained ankle is something that many would rub some dirt on and keep playing with. The problem…according to my sources…is that we play on turf. So there is no dirt available to rub on the ankle. We have 4 straight games on turf leading up to the Chicago game to end the season. We will finally have dirt to rub on it, but we might also be completely out of playoff contention at that point.

Sit anyone with a lingering injury till the end of the year. Seasons cooked. No point to get a serious injury now and jeopardize next year.
You play with an injured Ankle, your more susceptible to a serious knee injury.
Playing injured leads to more injuries because your moving differently than your use to.
