So Shep says he’s doing great and Kerby says his knee is messed up.

Yep.
We’re good.
So Ragnow all over again ?
Just a knee instead of the foot/toe
I got a bad knee. Had surgery and they found a big hole in my cartilage. Ended my hockey career. I can’t even ride an exercise bike. Deep knee bends are a no go. I do alright if I avoid them. But it sucks.
I sure hope not but doesn’t sound good. We have horrible luck with giving guys contract extensions and they then get injured.
Paid Ragnow immediately injured his foot. Paid Alim, then pop goes the ACL. Paid Okwara immediately blew his achilles. Paid DJ Reed immediately missed 2 months. Paid Kerby now his knee is ■■■■■■ up. I could go on and on. Just brutal luck we have. Gave Decker an extension now plays with a chronic shoulder injury.
Even if we did trade for Trey and pay him like many fans wanted all offseason. Guaranteed he’d play 2 games and blow his acl
We’re good.
But not good enough.
Paid Jamo and he dog humps the goalpost stanchion
Microfracture surgery has had some positive (and mixed) results.
I think it’s nerve pain ,we call God when it’s nerve pain,it’s a torture pain
Paid Barnes and he dances the mambo with Jameis.
Well shit….
They have been very healthy. The problem is guys like…
Davenport
Moseley
CD3
Glass
CJGJ
Iffy
Reed
Anzalone
Rake
Levi
Iffy
Mahogany
Paschal
Jamo
Kerby
- all were crazy injury plagued before being drafted or signed. Just saying.
Brad believes in the risk and value he gets with these guys Some work out Some get injured again
Nerve pain definitely sucks! I found what helps most are the following:
Stretching
Hanging from pull up bar
Core/back exercises
Massage
Staying hydrated
Avoid sugar/alcohol
Ice on your lower back/tailbone

Damn straight, bro! I just went through it myself. I’ve wondered what happened to people back in the day before modern medicine. I don’t think it ended well for them.
