Melt a half cup of coconut oil. take 3 tablespoons of PB and drop in oil and stir.
Melt Half cup of Lilly dark chocolate chips. Mix into PB and oil mixture.
Mix a bit of heavy cream into mixture.
Add a few teaspoons of swerve or stevia.
Take muffin tray and put cupcake foils down. Fill each foil to desired height. Sprinkle touch of sea salt on top.
Put in freezer for an hour.

It’s a shame that to eat correctly people call it a diet but to eat the normal high processed, high carb shit food that consumes 95% of our stores is not.
So true brother. And when I do eat that kinda stuff I feel just awful afterwards. Usually the next day. Inflammation. Pain in joints. Lethargic. It’s just not worth the temporary taste enjoyment.
I walk daily and have drawn a line in the sand with my weight. Lost 10 pounds 2 years ago, last year when I saw my Dr he said I lost 17 more and he asked if I was ok. This year I’m down another 15 but should drop a couple more before my next physical. I feel the best I have felt in 10 years. I still drink except for January and only eat in an 8 hour window for the most part.
Sirloin soaked in teriyaki, red…green…and yellow peppers, onion, Argentine shrimp and cherry tomatoes. Side salad and some cheese and a few crackers. I do Keto when I’m not even trying.
