I find it hard to believe tbh, considerably higher salary than many mechanics if not most make, would think they would jump at the jobs.
This I do believe as one in the construction industry tradesmen are hard to find now.

I never understood this path/hobby, but to each their own. If you have a wife and kids, I wonder if these types of dudes can get life insurance.
