Let the Debate Begin: Bain or Fano+Jacas

So we just had the annual Den mock draft. It looks like we ended up with Fano and Jacas with our 1st and 2nd round picks. It would take our 1st and 2nd round pick to potentially move up and grab Bain at 8 or so if he fell. So what say you? Would you rather have both Fano and Jacas to help us get better on both sides of the ball or put all our eggs in one basket and get BAIN? I think it is important to discuss, puts into perspective the cost of moving up.

Fano and Jacas. We have great players. Now we need to add good players to the great core we already have. Replacing not good players with good players AND our excellent players is the best path forward to me.

Bain, and that’s a really easy decision for me personally. I know it won’t be for others on here.

Your wrong! How could you be so silly! Why would you dare think that this is a good idea! My opinion is better!

Something like that right?:innocent:

I’d be okay with Bane…..but honestly, I want as many good players as we can find bc we have so many holes.

Give me Fano/Jacas.

Need the bodies. Need’em cheaper. Need’em talented. The more, the merrier.

That is actually a very tough call. Probably Fano and Jacas, but I really like Bain and he’s such a good fit for us. Man, tough one.

Due to our loyalty to our players, Rod Wood has indicated we will chase discount players in FA. Given that, we are going to need a lot more picks. And then to hit on them.

Yep this is exactly where I am at. Tough call.

In a class with so little top end talent. I do wonder if Brad trades up for someone falling to the bottom of the top 10. I don’t think Bane makes it there but if he does I think Brad pulls the trigger. Too good of a fit and too big of a gap between him and others.
