It great to laud Goff, Williams, ARSB and Dmont but the real reason is Campbell. I heard him say that he runs his practices a little differently than most teams.During the week, he will mix in the 2’s with the 1’s to give them exposure to top talent.
Last night we were without two pro-bowlers and the 2’s never missed a beat. This team is deep.
I think it’s fair to say that DC gets his props.
Plenty of credit to spread around and plenty of worthy recipients - on the field, on the sidelines, and in the front office.
Credit also to AG, I think his aggressive approach eventually won the day despite a lot of chunk plays. As the season rolls along, their ability to play aggressive man coverage will pay dividends. It’s all about the execution.
Campbell started 4-19-1.
He’s now 27-27-1, plus 2-1 in the playoffs.

People can talk about the coordinators, the players, hell even Brad Holmes all they want but MCDC is the driver of this culture. I don’t think all this works without him.
Well, Spielman really spearheaded all this with the help of Sheila’s approval and resources and Brad is obviously awesome but, yeah, coach is the head of this snake.
