This is purely supply and demand. A hell of a lot more people want the tickets than there are tickets available.

The NFL sets the price for the playoff tickets. What you see on TM is the secondary market at work right now

What bothers me here is as far as I know, there were never public tickets made available by the team. Season ticket holders got their shot, sure. But I never saw or heard anything about general public tickets being released and trust me, I was all over the place with it.
Just season ticket holders and re-sale.
